« Originally from Brittany, Tom Durand is a young cinematographer. He studied cinematography and framing at the Institut National Supérieur des Arts du Spectacle et des Techniques de Diffusion (INSAS) in Brussels for four years. He graduated in 2016. Jeanne Privat’s short film « Across the Street » (Production : INSAS) on which he was DOP was selected at Camerimage Film Festival 2017 in Poland. This movie won the Silver Tadpole of the Student Etudes Competition. Passionate by documentaries/ethnographic movies and social and political implication of pictures, he studied documentary films at Institut National de l’Audiovisuel (INA) and École des Chartes in Paris for one year. »
